We partnered with Chef Nikki Steward, celebrated culinary icon and founder of The High-End Affair, to bring unique, immersive dining experiences to Cape Town. Known for her gourmet, cannabis-infused creations and having curated exclusive meals for celebrities like Dave Chappelle, Snoop Dogg, and DJ Khaled, Nikki brings a rare ability to craft meals that engage both the palate and the imagination.
Through our collaboration, we worked closely to design curated dining experiences that blend innovation, culture, and storytelling, transforming each meal into a memorable event that elevates Cape Town’s culinary scene.
Chêf Noåh Tuckēr

We partnered with Chef Noah Tucker—a Michelin-trained chef and co-founder of High Cuisine in Amsterdam. Known for blending bold flavors with cultural storytelling, Noah brings a global perspective shaped by experience in New York, Japan, and California. Together, we developed a growth model that positions LadyBird not only as a culinary concept, but as a cultural movement within the African market.
