Smorgasbord partnered with Amber Ashley James, the entrepreneur behind 'Velisa Wines'. Our project involved supporting her brand through supply chain management, wine consultancy, and vineyard and winemaker procurement. Our work included optimizing operational processes, sourcing sustainable and high-quality vineyards, and advising on winemaking techniques aligned with Velisa’s philosophy of minimal intervention and authenticity. This collaboration enabled Velisa Wines to enhance production, establish strong market positioning, maintain quality, and deliver unique wines that celebrate the land, its heritage, and the community.
